Visa applications processed in Warsaw - we operate an appointments system
The Visa Office at the Australian Embassy is open to the public 9.00-12.30 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, by appointment.
This office accepts paper applications for 676 visitor visas for 3, 6 or 12 months, student visas, short stay business visas, transit visas, resident return visas and some temporary stay visas.
This office no longer accepts migration applications.
Applications should be forwarded to the Embassy by mail or by courier or delivered by travel agency. Applications may also be lodged in person at the Australian Embassy, by appointment. To make an appointment call the embassy on +48-(0)22 – 5213 444 between 9.00 and 17.00. The Visa Section does not take calls between 13.00 - 14.00 due to a lunch break.

Receiving a visa label for a visa granted in Australia
If your visa is granted by an Immigration office onshore and you are instructed to supply your passport to the Visa Office at the Australian Embassy to get a visa label, you do not need to come in person. It is sufficient for you to send your passport to us, with your grant letter and we will put the visa into your passport, and return it to you, at your cost, by registered mail or courier. Please include a contact phone number.
